Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance, aerospace engineering, airline operations or MRO environments.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems, propulsion, structures, and maintenance practices.
• Passion for education with interest in nurturing, teaching, mentoring and student interaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and assess aerospace-related courses and diploma modules.
• Monitor and guide student progress and learning outcomes.
• Build and maintain industry partnerships for opportunities and collaborations.
• Support course management in curriculum development and admin tasks.
• Mentor students and lead overseas learning trips and activities.
• Engage in pedagogical training and stay updated with industry trends.
• Participate in industry or consultancy projects to stay relevant.
• Lead or support applied R&D projects with industry partners.
