Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Singapore is seeking an Aerospace Technician to perform overhaul, rework, repair and associated operations on aircraft equipment and components. The role requires independent and team work to meet quality, safety and output demands.

You will diagnose electrical and electronics equipment, perform rework, rely on schematics and manuals, and adhere to AS9110C and Part 145 requirements on an onsite basis. Training in IPC standards and CAAS/EASA papers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret electronic schematics and service manuals.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic assemblies and boards.
• Experience with soldering and using electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and electronics diagnostics, repairs & troubleshooting on aircraft equipment.
• Carry out rework on faulty electronic cards to restore serviceability.
• Follow quality, environmental and safety policies and repair schedules.
