Job summary

CRISWELL SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Engineer to join our precision CNC machining team. You will develop CAD/CAM programs, design fixtures, and optimize toolpaths for high-precision aerospace components while supporting NPI and FAI activities.

You will work closely with machinists and QA to resolve machining and dimensional issues, maintain CAD/CAM drawings, and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma / Higher Nitec in Precision Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of CNC machining, CAD/CAM programming or manufacturing engineering.
• Proficient in CAM software such as Mastercam, HyperMill, NX CAM, Fusion 360 or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of CNC milling, cutting tools and GD&T.
• Experience with 4-axis/5-axis machining is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify and review 3D CAD models and drawings for machining requirements.
• Develop CAM programs and toolpaths for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining.
• Design fixtures and work holding solutions as needed.
• Support NPI, FAI and production activities.
• Collaborate with machinists and QA to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Maintain CAD drawings, CAM files and CNC programs revisions.
