Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical/Aerospace Engineer to generate mechanical and system designs for modification projects. You will ensure designs comply with aviation authority requirements and support airframe modification programs.

You will perform basic analyses, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help present designs to customers and authorities. In addition, you will assist in prototyping, production activities, and technical publications as needed.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering.
Experience with CAD software; CREO knowledge is beneficial.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Practical experience in airframe modification projects is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Self-motivated team player able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Generate mechanical and system designs for projects.
Ensure modification designs comply with aviation authorities.
Perform basic analyses to substantiate designs.
Collaborate with engineers from other disciplines for optimized design.
Deliver presentations to customers and aviation authorities as required.
