Job summary

GE Vernova in Singapore is seeking a hands-on technician to perform thermal spray and GEL coating for gas turbine and aero-derivative engine repairs. You will follow work instructions, operate blasting and polishing equipment, and help maintain production pace and safety standards.

The role requires basic English, the ability to work rotating shifts, and readiness to learn on the job. Previous experience in related manufacturing is preferred but training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of Secondary Level or higher education.
• NTC or equivalent preferred.
• 3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred; training provided.
• Basic command of spoken and written English.
• Able to perform rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform thermal spray and/or GEL coating for gas turbine & aero-derivative engine repair.
• Follow Work instructions to perform tasks such as blasting, polishing and heat-treatment.
• Ensure product quality, equipment care, meet production output/pace, housekeeping and schedules.
• Adhere to EHS rules and report unsafe practices/conditions.
• Carries out other duties as assigned.
