We are seeking a bright, energetic, highly collaborative attorney to join our Finance Department as Procurement Counsel. This role will support the procurement function worldwide and will be based in Mumbai, India. It involves active engagement with finance, legal, product, and information security teams, and requires flexibility across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive counsel on procurement matters, including legal risk, information security, privacy, system integration, and AI use cases.
• Facilitate communication between buyers and affected areas within the company globally.
• Review, revise, and negotiate various vendor agreements such as NDAs, license agreements, SaaS agreements, and data protection agreements.
• Coordinate with the legal team for escalated issues.
• Assist in managing the One Trust process/workflow with InfoSec, IT, and finance.
• Develop training materials and advise stakeholders on procurement and One Trust processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficient workflows.
• Perform strategic projects and other duties as assigned.
