Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking a strategic advisor to manage partnerships with top financial firms and help craft and implement AI strategies. You will report to the founders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and drive value across the enterprise.

You will influence partnership outcomes in a fast-paced environment, shaping strategies for multi-million dollar contracts and ensuring superior user experiences with GenAI in production.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a front office finance role.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized, detail-oriented.
• Action-oriented mindset balancing creative problem-solving with the scrappiness to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategies for enterprise partners, training their teams and aligning operations.
• Manage the partnership life cycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Be the voice of the customer to surface explicit and implicit business needs.
• Develop joint solutions leveraging financial services workflows for clients.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver solutions.
• Define KPIs and create regular reports to track success.

What You Will Own

As a member of Advisory team, you'll manage our major partnerships and help the biggest financial firms in the world create and implement their AI strategies. The position will report directly to our founders and work closely with other team members to ensure goals and objectives are aligned.

• Building and executing strategies for working with our enterprise partners: training their teams, setting up joint operations, and keeping everyone aligned.
• Handling the whole partnership life cycle, from getting started together to expanding and renewing our collaborations.
• Acting as the voice of the customer - understanding the explicit and implicit business needs across the enterprises we partner with.
• Leveraging your deep understanding of financial services workflows to develop joint solutions with our customers and make sure Rogo's benefits are clearly communicated.
• Teaming up with Rogo's engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver these solutions.
• Figuring out how to track and measure our success together, setting up key performance indicators and reports.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with important people at our partner organizations and making sure their needs are met.
• Help land multi-million dollar contracts and steer Generative AI strategy for the world's biggest financial services firms.
• Ensure amazing user experiences by working hands-on with users.
• Directly change the nature of work in a $1T+ industry.
• Tackle unsolved product and engineering problems, including the hardest in the world, relevant to LLMs in production.
