The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Adviser - Customer Service to join our customer service team. You will work in a highly customer-centric environment, addressing the needs of our clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills are essential in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests for bookings, inquiries, and complaints via various channels promptly.
  • Communicate with customers to understand service or repair needs and provide comprehensive quotations for approval.
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships with customers to increase engagement.
  • Coordinate with the workshop to monitor pending jobs and keep customers updated.
  • Provide accurate information and suitable solutions to customer requirements and complaints.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to management.
  • Assist in evaluating and improving current customer service practices.

Data & Reporting

  • Support the Key Accounts team with report preparation, data collection, and analysis.
  • Maintain records of account activities and communications.
  • Prepare documentation for fleet KPI reports and forecast key metrics.
  • Monitor KPI trends and prepare performance reports for fleet customers.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and handle multiple tasks.
