Job Responsibilities
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with writers, producers, and editors to ensure the final product aligns with the film's vision. Be creative in conceptualization, ideation, and execution within timelines.
  • Script Development: Collaborate on script refinement, providing input on story structure, characters, and dialogues.
  • Research: Conduct research on visual shot strategies for brand audiovisuals to support advertising strategies.
  • Pre-production Planning: Coordinate with design teams, create shot lists, storyboards, and schedules.
  • Directing Actors: Guide actors to portray characters effectively, conveying desired emotions.
  • Cinematography: Work with the director of photography to establish visual style, including camera angles and lighting.
  • On-set Management: Oversee filming, direct crew, coordinate departments, ensure schedule and budget adherence.
  • Post-production Supervision: Collaborate with editors and sound designers, provide input on editing, sound, and visual effects.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges during filming or editing, adapt to changes as needed.
  • Tech Savvy: Use AI tools for audience data interpretation, content performance, workflow enhancements, and stay updated on emerging media technologies.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years proven experience in filmmaking with a portfolio.
  • Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in screenwriting, art direction, and visual concepts.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with film equipment and techniques.
  • Understanding of AI applications in media, familiarity with AI-driven editing, CGI, and machine learning tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in film, communication, or related field (preferred).
  • Passion for learning, good musical sense.
  • Proficiency with storyboarding, referencing, and directing.
  • Basic knowledge of editing, animation, and music software.
