Job summary

PARADIGM CONNECT ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced backend engineer to design and implement decentralized protocols, APIs, and monitoring for high-performance blockchain services.

The role requires hands-on work with JavaScript, Python, Golang, Java, C++, Solidity, and cloud-native infrastructure like AWS/Kubernetes, alongside a focus on ZK-Rollups and cutting-edge blockchain tech.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Golang, Java, and C++ including Solidity.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience with blockchain and ZK-Rollups.

Responsibilities

• Protocol Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of a decentralized protocol for developing, testing, and deploying systems and smart contracts.
• API and SDK Development: Design and develop APIs and SDKs to support robust trade execution services.
• System Monitoring: Own monitoring, alarming, analytics, and reporting for all services you build, ensuring they meet high performance and responsiveness standards.
• Effective Communication: Collaborate and communicate requirements effectively within and across teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally from ideation to launch within a strong engineering team.
• Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with modern programming languages like Java script, Python, Golang, Java, C++. Experience with Solidity for building smart contracts.
• Blockchain Proficiency: Hands-on experience building on blockchain platforms, comfortable with cloud-native AWS infrastructure and/or Kubernetes.
• Innovative Mindset: Interest in ZK-Rollups and cutting-edge blockchain technologies.
