Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned trainer to design and deliver Robotics, IoT, PLC, and automation safety training across industrial environments. You will run hands-on sessions and develop practical learning experiences for engineers and technicians.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in technical training, strong presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into workplace-ready knowledge. Drone operations and AI governance exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree, diploma, professional qualification or industry certification.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience delivering technical training, workshops, demonstrations or hands-on learning activities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical, workplace-relevant learning.
• ACLP or ACTA certification is preferred.
• Drone training: CAAS UAPL licence preferred for up to 25kg and hands-on drone operations training.
• Experience in AI governance, data privacy, responsible AI practices, or legal workflows is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and facilitate training programmes in Robotics and Automated Systems.
• Deliver training on IoT concepts, technologies and Industry 4.0 applications.
• Conduct practical and theoretical training on PLC Programming, commissioning, troubleshooting and industrial control systems.
• Facilitate learning on Machine and Automation Safety, including risk assessment, compliance and safe work practices.
• Deliver training on CAD Modelling and Technical Drawing for engineering and manufacturing applications.
• Conduct hands-on training in Pneumatic and Hydraulic Technologies, including system operations, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt programmes focused on process improvement, operational excellence and waste reduction.
• Deliver training on Commercial Drone Operations, including drone deployment, safety and industry applications.
• Design and facilitate training on Agentic AI and Business Process Automation using Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.
• Conduct workshops on AI-Powered Workflow Automation using n8n, Claude and other LLM technologies.

Job Requirement
