Job description

Location: Holland Village (AfterSkool)
Working Hours/Days: Tuesday - Saturday (Weekday:10am - 7pm, Weekend: 9am - 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive enrollment for the centre’s classes.
  • Work with existing clients to identify growth opportunities and expand our footprint.
  • Represent AfterSkool and promote our offerings at roadshows and other key enrolment drive events.
  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries, offering tailored solutions to customer needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty; proactively manage student retention.
  • Collaborate closely with teaching staff to ensure lesson operations run smoothly, enhancing students’ learning experiences and parents’ satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer details and interactions in our CRM and related spreadsheet systems.
  • Support the Head of HR/Admin Department in ensuring the safety, security, orderliness and cleanliness of all our premises.
  • Support other ad-hoc administrative duties required by the Centre.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or education-related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to enhancing student and parent experiences.
