We're Hiring: Admission Counsellor (Sales/Business Development)!

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or business development, with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

  • The role holder is responsible for leading the Admissions team on campus and prospecting, nurturing, and closing prospective leads, as well as onboarding new students.
  • Leads the prospecting, nurturing, and closing process within the Admissions team.
  • Supervises, develops, and provides guidance to the Business Development Managers, Admissions Executives, and Customer Relations Officers/Parent Liaison Officers.
  • Manages operations to meet performance metrics for the Admissions team on campus.
  • Works closely with the Admissions Head to understand monthly targets, tracks progress, and works towards achieving these targets.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing and Academics teams to develop strategies to increase enrollment numbers.
  • Develops parent engagement strategies to quickly and effectively build relationships with prospective parents.
  • Assists in planning and organizing various programs and activities on campus, such as Open House, parent-teacher events, and orientation.
  • Able to understand the key pain points and drivers of prospective parents and align the school's offerings to meet their needs.
  • Monitors offline and online channels for leads and follows up with prospective parents (e.g., one-to-one counseling for offline channels, quick responses to emails and web queries for online channels, or teleconversations).
  • Reviews the effectiveness of various channels and shares feedback with the Admissions Head.
  • Acts as the first point of contact, guiding new parents through the Admissions process (documents, scholarships, fees, etc.), facilitating transition to the MyGIIS tool for future communication, and conducting onboarding for new students.
