  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, messages and chats on social media platform

  • Data-Entry completed jobs
  • Ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Organizational skills
  • Telecommunication skills - verbal and written
  • Computer literate, CRM, google sheets
  • Leadership skills for handling both customer and team relationships
  • Basic knowledge of home appliances usage
  • Able to work as a team
  • Prefably able to communicate in chinese with customer

5.5 working days/ week ( alternate saturday off days within staffs upon confirmation)
