Make travel arrangements.
Arrange Visa handling / coordinating
Timekeeping maintenance - check, verify & correct.
Course booking
Managing Engineers Profile/Personnel Data Maintenance in DMS
Raise Spares Requisition
New PN Population
Parts Quotation
Purchase Requisition and PO receiving
Filing of documents in DMS
Report Submission
Back-up support and carry out any other duties assigned.
