JOB DESCRIPTION


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Dispatch/Mobilization Support
  2. Make travel arrangements.
  3. Arrange Visa handling / coordinating
  4. Timekeeping maintenance - check, verify & correct.
  5. Course booking
  6. Managing Engineers Profile/Personnel Data Maintenance in DMS
  7. Raise Spares Requisition
  8. New PN Population
  9. Parts Quotation
  10. Purchase Requisition and PO receiving
  11. Filing of documents in DMS
  12. Report Submission
  13. Back-up support and carry out any other duties assigned.
