Job Title: Video Editor & Admin Support Executive


Location: Singapore (Hybrid preferred, Remote considered for the right candidate)
Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelance / Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to join our team to support video content creation, field research, and general administrative work. This hybrid role blends content production, data collection, and support operations. You’ll be working alongside a real estate entrepreneur and content creator focused on marketing, education, and property acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

  • Film short-form content (e.g. Reels, TikToks, interviews, property walkthroughs)
  • Edit videos with captions, transitions, music, and branding elements
  • Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content
  • Organize and archive video footage systematically

On-site Research & Data Collection

  • Conduct on-the-ground research by door-knocking in targeted areas across Singapore
  • Record and compile property or market data accurately during site visits
  • Structure and manage collected data using Microsoft Excel
  • Communicate key findings clearly to the team in a timely manner

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Perform data entry, report preparation, and basic admin tasks
  • Support marketing efforts by scheduling and managing content on social media
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and logistics
  • Assist with research, presentation decks, and course-related materials
Requirements
  • Proficient in video editing software (CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro, etc.)
  • Confident in mobile videography or operating basic filming equipment
  • Familiar with social media trends and best practices for IG, TikTok, YouTube
  • Comfortable speaking to people during door-to-door engagements
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel for data management
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bonus: Experience with Canva, Google Drive, or basic design tools
