Job summary

A prominent service provider in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support Staff to coordinate physical activity programmes. This role requires a minimum diploma and at least one year of administrative experience. Responsibilities include support for vendor coordination, managing system accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Competitive salary of up to $2600 and a one-year renewable contract are offered.

Job description

Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary: Up to $2600
  • Location: Outram
  • Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm ; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • 1 year contract (renewable/extendable) + completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Physical Activity Programme Support - Support programme coordination with vendors and programme leads.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Experience processes
  • Manage the system account creation for physical activity programme vendors’ staff and approval.
  • Support quarterly performance management reviews.
  • Update data on projects with programme leads (e.g partner lists, Ad-Hoc events list etc)
  • Assist with basic data cleaning on ECO projects on a monthly/quarterly basis or management reporting.
  • Track and record event premium inventory.
  • Provide administration support on procurement processes
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders for various ECO projects.
  • Coordinate with vendor/s for onsite recce arrangements to new locations.
  • Liaise with vendor/s to accept the request in OPMS based on resource availability.
  • Assist with bookings of booths and collaterals to support ad-hoc basis community events.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of documents for specific GRC related requirements, e.g. application of venue with town council.
  • Support monthly reviews on division risk indicators for RHCO
  • management reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of Administrative experience.
