Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a team assistant to support KYC due diligence and administrative tasks related to client accounts. Responsibilities include uploading fund documents, managing correspondence, and handling requests. The ideal candidate should have a Polytechnic Diploma in Economics, Finance, or Accounting and at least one year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with KYC due diligence for existing client accounts.
  • Upload daily NAVs for funds on the company websites.
  • File and organize KYC documents and related correspondence.
  • Maintain distribution lists for sending reports and updates to clients.
  • Open and scan incoming mail, and manage requests from distributors.

Job description
  • Assist with KYC due diligence for existing client accounts, including name screenings.
  • Upload daily NAVs for funds on the company websites.
  • Upload indicative holdings files for ETFs to the websites.
  • Upload key fund documents like prospectuses, fact sheets, and annual/semi-annual reports to the websites.
  • File and organize KYC documents and related correspondence.
  • Send old documents to storage.
  • Shred outdated or unnecessary documents.
  • Scan and forward returned mail and shred it afterward.
  • Open and scan incoming mail, and manage requests from distributors.
  • Handle requests for printed copies of annual/semi-annual fund reports, print the necessary reports, and mail them out.
  • Maintain distribution lists for sending reports and updates to clients.
  • Update fund templates for external data providers.
Requirements
  • Polytechnic Diploma in Economics, Finance, Accounting
  • At least 1 year of experience as a team assistant, administrative or client servicing support role.
