Job description

Nearest MRT: Redhill

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: $2580 - $3160

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 6-month contract

Job Description:
  • Process client documentation and applications efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle data entry, ensuring up-to-date and organized records.
  • Provide administrative and logistic support for events, including coordination and preparation.
  • Manage referrals with external programmes, ensuring proper follow-through.
  • Offer general administrative support, including file and documentation tracking, in compliance with MCF guidelines for best practices.
Specific Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
