The Role:

  • Support the daily operations of the In-Vehicle Unit Management (IUM) team, focusing on the management of supply, logistics, and distribution of In-Vehicle Units (IU) and On-Board Units (OBU).

  • Conduct monthly stock inventory checks at all workshops.

  • Process ERP stock requisition requests and stock returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

  • Manage the inventory.

  • Perform data analytics, including data collection and cleaning activities, ensuring accurate and complete data entry.

  • Evaluate the proficiency of OBU installers.

  • Handle payment and billing-related activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

  • Work as part of a team to ensure that team KPIs are met.

What Are We Looking For?

  • At least a Diploma in any discipline.

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong passion for continuous learning and improvement.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and as a team player.
