Job Description
1. Provide general administrative support to the school's management, teachers and students on a daily basis, which may include but not restricted to:
- Handle phone and walk-in enquiries
- Update staff and students’ daily attendance report
- Attend to injured students who need first aid
- Endorse students’ insurance claims
- Rotate with team to courier items from and to Administrative Centre
- Support and manage administrative duties such as foreign student pass application and verification requests
- Collate the attendance for temperature taking and emergency/ haze-related exercises
- Ensure fresh supplies of first aid items
- Administrative duties such as handling the loan of items, student blue slips, lost and found items etc.
2. Any other duties as may be assigned by the school
Job Requirements
- Prior understanding of MOE systems is preferred
- Able to work staggered hours to support school events
- Average IT skills (Word and Excel)
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous with a high level of accuracy
- Possess clear, logical thinking and good organisation and planning skills
- Good time management skills with ability to work independently on tight deadlines and under pressure
- Good customer service skills with the ability to build appropriate professional yet friendly working relationships with staff and vendors
- High integrity with the ability to demonstrate an understanding and respect for data confidentiality
- Able to find solutions to problems with some degree of flexibility in the approach whenever possible
- Able to respond to enquiries in a timely manner
- Able to commit from 1 August 2025 to 31 October 2025
