Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including insurance, compensations and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, performance management.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure staff attendance is checked and locked on time.
- Assist in processing end-of-month payroll, CPF submissions, IR21 forms, IR8A forms, etc. within the stipulated time limits.
- Assist in handling employee relations issues and work closely with the operations department to manage employee-related matters (such as onboarding of new employees, probationary reviews, performance evaluations, and handover of resigned employees, etc.).
- Carry out recruitment work (posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters, and onboarding processes), and liaise with recruitment agencies on staffing matters.
- Maintain an accurate HR database, and input and update employees' personal particulars and information in the Infotech system. - Assist in handling insurance-related matters (renewals, claims, etc.).
