Contractual Position: 1 year
Salary: Up to $4000
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor corporate insurance policies
- Established agreement with insurer/broker
- Coordinate with insurance brokers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders on renewals, endorsements and claims
- Track coverage periods, renewal timelines, and premium payments.
- Manage seating plans, office space allocation and hotdesking arrangements.
- Coordinate workspace setups, office moves, and space reassignments in collaboration with facilities team
- Maintain accurate occupancy records and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
- Established agreement with travel management agency and airlines
- Liaise with travel vendors to secure cost-effective solutions and maintain travel records and reports
- Maintain a central registry of declared gifts and ensure timely reporting and approvals.
- Provide guidance to staff on compliance and ethical standards related to gift acceptance.
- Secretariat duties (e.g., meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, follow-ups)
- Provide secretariat support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth meeting execution.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of meeting records and correspondence.
- Logistical support for meetings, events, and office operations
- Handle logistical arrangements for events, meetings, and internal activities
- Coordinate with vendors, manage supplies, and support office operations.
- Assist in general administrative tasks, including document preparation, record keeping, and process improvements.

- Min. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration
- 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in corporate or public-sector settings
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities,
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
