As a Administrative Officer (Preschool), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory for efficient functioning.
Support student enrollment, including registration and admissions processes.
Serve as the first point of contact, addressing parent inquiries on schedules, fees, and policies.
Maintain accurate student records and update databases regularly.
Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation for record-keeping.
Assist with fee collection, invoicing, and petty cash management.
Support financial tracking with precise record maintenance.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Min. GCE 'N' Level
Prior experience in preschool setting will be an added advantage
