Job description
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including explaining fees, subsidies, and arranging assessments and transport.
Welcome clients and handle daily attendance registration at the reception.
Answer calls, handle enquiries, and coordinate meeting schedules.
Collect payments and maintain accurate records of invoices and outstanding balances.
Organize and maintain documents and compile monthly reports on center usage.
Ensure client records are regularly updated with accurate personal and administrative information.
Assist with tracking office and care-related supplies, and coordinate restocking when needed.
Help manage the transport schedule and liaise with families for arrangements.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a healthcare or social service setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
