Job Description :
1.Handling of public feedback and inquiries
2. Co-ordinations with team members to resolve case
3. Preparation of notices and dissemination to stakeholders
4. Submission of reports
5. Recording of meeting minutes
6. Coordinate for engagement events
7. Collation of info for presentation slides
8. Keep a register of office equipment and update regularly
9.Plan and purchase office PCs and laptops for new joiners
10.Operate and coordinate servicing of office equipment such as copier and air con servicing
11.Liaise with vendor for purchase, creation of emails address and maintain a register
12. Coordinate and assist with planning of office activities, teleconferences, meetings and to coordinate events, receptions, workshops
13. Check, purchase and manage beverages and toiletries items for office pantries
14. Provide general administrative support including but not limited to: phones, distributing mail and usage of mini van for transport.
15.Liaise with vendors for employees’ training
16. Any other assignments from HOD
