A dynamic company in Singapore seeks an Administrative Officer to manage email and phone inquiries, prepare financial documents, and assist with payroll processes. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, is detail-oriented and organized, and can multitask effectively. Training is provided for payroll software, ensuring a supportive work environment with growth opportunities.
Salary: 2000- 2500
Working days: 5 days
Location: Central
Manage and respond to email and phone call inquiries professionally
Prepare quotations and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately and promptly
Handle payments, issue cheques, and perform online transfers using EZ Accounting Software
Assist with monthly payroll processing
Manage MOM-related tasks and documentation
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for finance and HR
Support general office administrative duties as required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
Education: SPM / GCE N/O Level and above
Ability to adapt to new software (training will be provided)
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
Training provided for payroll software
Supportive work environment with opportunities to grow
Interviews can be scheduled on Saturdays
