Responsibilities
  • Assist Executives and Managers in the compilation of monthly reports
  • Assist in receiving quotations, obtaining client approval, and processing payments
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Serve as key user for company systems such as Resolve, CMMS, and Simplicity
  • Record minutes during meetings
  • Answer incoming calls and receive visitors
  • Perform clerical duties like typing, faxing, filing, and photocopying
  • Handle office administration tasks such as stationery issuance, mail/document handling, meeting room bookings, and pantry supplies replenishment
  • Monitor and record employee leave
  • Support other administrative tasks, including tracking staff training hours
  • Consolidate monthly reports for the Finance department on postage, courier, and copier expenses
Requirements
  • GCE 'O' Levels/NITEC in Office Skills or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Responsible, team-oriented, and meticulous
  • Proficient in MS Office
