Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily office operations, including office environment and procurement/management of office supplies;

· Assist in organizing, filing, and updating company documents, contracts, and reports;

· Coordinate and support administrative needs across departments to ensure smooth communication;

· Assist in organizing meetings, business receptions, and travel arrangements;

· Support HR-related tasks such as recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, attendance and leave management;

· Liaise with external service providers (e.g., property management, cleaning, IT, banks);

· Assist supervisors in handling other ad hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields;

· At least 3year of administrative or office management experience; experience in international trade is a plus;

· Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong in communication and coordination;

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

· Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;

· Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a startup environment.

岗位职责:

· 负责日常办公室运营管理,包括办公环境、办公用品采购与管理;

· 协助处理公司文件、合同、报表的整理归档与更新;

· 协调并支持公司各部门行政需求,确保信息流通顺畅;

· 协助组织会议、商务接待、差旅安排等事务;

· 协助人事相关工作,如招聘流程协调、员工入职离职手续、考勤与假期管理等;

· 协调与外部服务商(如物业、清洁、IT、银行等)的沟通;

· 协助上级完成其他行政相关的临时工作安排。

任职要求:

· 本科或以上学历,行政、人力资源、商务管理等相关专业优先;

· 具备3年以上行政或办公室管理经验,具有国际贸易行业背景者优先;

· 工作细致认真、责任心强,具备良好的沟通与协调能力;

· 熟练操作办公软件(如Word、Excel、PowerPoint);

· 具有良好的中英文读写与沟通能力;
