Job summary

Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Logistics Manager pour superviser les opérations logistiques, y compris l'analyse des performances et la gestion des équipes. Le candidat idéal aura entre 3 et 5 ans d'expérience en gestion logistique, notamment dans la sélection de partenaires 3PL et l'optimisation de la livraison. Ce rôle exige de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et communication, dans un environnement de travail rapide.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 années d'expérience en gestion logistique ou opérations, de préférence dans un environnement e-commerce.
  • Expérience prouvée dans la gestion de partenaires 3PL et transporteurs dernier kilomètre.
  • Bonne compréhension des systèmes de traitement des commandes et des opérations d'entrepôt.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Analysis & Process Improvement
    Monitor logistics KPIs—including delivery times, order accuracy, and fulfillment rates—and implement continuous improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  2. Carrier Selection & Rate Negotiation
    Source, evaluate, and manage third-party logistics providers and shipping carriers. Negotiate competitive contracts and shipping rates to support service-level goals and margin targets.
  3. Fulfillment & Delivery Execution
    Ensure daily order processing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery activities meet or exceed cost, speed, and accuracy targets. Address delivery bottlenecks proactively to avoid customer impact.
  4. Documentation & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    Maintain comprehensive records of shipping and delivery activities. Document procedures, updates, and changes to ensure clarity, consistency, and training support across the team.
  5. Operational Leadership
    Lead daily stand-ups or control meetings to identify potential delays or issues, assign action items, and drive accountability across the team for timely resolution.
  6. Team Management & Development
    Supervise and support warehouse and logistics staff. Provide training, performance feedback, and scheduling to ensure alignment with company standards and operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of logistics or operations management experience, preferably in an e-commerce or high-volume retail environment
  • Proven experience managing 3PL partners and last-mile carriers
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment systems, warehouse operations, and delivery logistics
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
