Job description

  • Position : Administrative Executive - Up to $3,000 - Tagore

  • Location : Tagore

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday - 8.00AM to 5.00PM

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + Attractive Incentives & Remuneration

  • Duration : Permanent

  • Industry : Industrial equipment supplier

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Administration and Sales Division.

  • Managing and directing incoming telephone calls

  • Organizing and maintaining proper filing systems

  • Handling matters related to couriers, mail, office supplies, and pantry provisions

  • Coordinating travel arrangements including visa applications and flight bookings

  • Updating and maintaining internal databases and records

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • With prior relevant administrative experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
