A recruitment firm in Singapore seeks an Admin Executive to provide general administrative support, maintain company records, and manage office supplies. The ideal candidate must have a diploma in Business Management, 2 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational skills. This role operates Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities:
· Provide general administrative support
· Handle incoming calls and queries
· Maintain company's records, files and databases
· Manage office supplies and equipment including ordering of stationaries, pantry supplies and scheduling of air-con & pest-control servicing
· Perform fixed asset management, vendor management, contract management, insurance management and expiry monitoring
· Solicit, analyse and negotiate quotations from contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance works
· Prepare and distribute memos, emails and correspondences
· Manage petty cash and process expense reports
· Work closely with internal departments for smooth workflow and communication
· Prepare reports and perform follow-ups wherever necessary
· Assist in areas of HR as and when required
· Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· Possess a Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
· 2 years of Admin Executive experience
· Strong computer, organizational skills with excellent attention to details
