  • Fixed weekend hours: Sat & Sun, 8 : 30 am – 6 : 00 pm
  • Fixed weekday hours: Fri & Tue, 1:00 pm -8:30 pm

Role & Responsibilities
  • Front Desk & Customer Service – welcome visitors, answer phone / WhatsApp / email enquiries, maintain polite and professional communication.
  • Class Administration – manage enrolments, attendance, make-up lessons, invoicing, and fee collection.
  • Centre Operations – oversee classrooms, stationery, pantry and basic facilities; liaise with vendors and logistics partners.
  • Marketing & Events Support – prepare simple posters, update social media, coordinate holiday workshops and outreach events.
  • Data & Reporting – maintain accurate student records, compile weekly operational reports.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Centre Manager.
