Role & Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Customer Service – welcome visitors, answer phone / WhatsApp / email enquiries, maintain polite and professional communication.
- Bilingual Communication (English & Mandarin) – confidently liaise with Mandarin-speaking parents and students to ensure clear two-way understanding.
- Class Administration – manage enrolments, attendance, make-up lessons, invoicing, and fee collection.
- Centre Operations – oversee classrooms, stationery, pantry and basic facilities; liaise with vendors and logistics partners.
- Marketing & Events Support – prepare simple posters, update social media, coordinate holiday workshops and outreach events.
- Data & Reporting – maintain accurate student records, compile weekly operational reports.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Centre Manager.
