Responsibilities :
HR Support
Assist with onboarding logistics: welcome packs, laptop set-up coordination, and orientation.
Maintain employee records, leave tracking, and HR documentation
Support simple HR-related paperwork (e.g. letters, forms, staff memos)
Help with occasional staff engagement tasks (e.g. birthdays, team events)
Office Administration
Manage inventory for pantry, stationery, and office supplies
Liaise with vendors (cleaning, courier, maintenance, etc.) for office upkeep
Ensure the workspace is tidy, organized, and running efficiently
Assist with incoming mail, courier arrangements, and simple procurement tracking
Light IT Coordination
Coordinate with IT vendors or HQ for device set-up or troubleshooting
Keep track of basic IT inventory (laptops, cables, accessories)
Support internal users with simple tech issues (e.g. printer errors, password resets)
Executive Support to GM
Help prepare travel bookings, expense claims, and scheduling reminders
Format presentation decks, compile reports, or assist with internal documents
Act as a gatekeeper for simple requests that can be resolved without the GM’s involvement
Requirements :
At least 2–3 years of experience in administration, HR, or office support
At least diploma in business administration
Basic knowledge of HR practices or office procedures is a plus
