Job summary

A community support organization in Singapore is looking for a Relief/Temporary/Casual role to assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops. Responsibilities include managing logistics, preparing materials, and maintaining records of participation. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and demonstrate good communication skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is preferred. Commitment required from mid-August 2025 to end September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Course Preparation:

Support in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Manage training schedules, including booking rooms, trainers, and other necessary resources.

Ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of training programs.

Prepare and distribute training materials such as presentations, handouts, and assessments.

Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and accurate.

Manage logistics for training events, including travel arrangements, catering, and equipment.

During Course Support:

Ensure the training room is set up and ready for sessions.

Support in maintaining attendance records, particularly for SSG-funded courses.

Assist with inquiries from both trainers and trainees during training sessions.

Post-Course Administration:

Mark attendance, reschedule absentees, and update records on RCTC’s training management system

Maintain accurate records of training participation, progress, and completion.

Manage training databases and generate training reports.

Support in processing training invoices and payments.

Other Ad-Hoc Duties:

Assist in responding to inquiries via email and phone.

Communicate with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders as needed.
