Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized environment.
- Assist senior management with admin tasks and travel bookings.
- Oversee pantry, meeting rooms, and office cleanliness.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and filing systems.
- Liaise with building management and contractors for smooth operations.
- Process supplier claims and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor the admin budget and ensure cost control.
- Support HR administrative tasks.
- Assist in organizing company events.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of prior experience in office management and organization.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant applications.
- Cost-conscious mindset with the ability to monitor and control expenses within budget.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communicator across departments and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Immediate starter or short notice is preferred.
