About the role

SCHUNK Intec Pte. Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality automation components, is seeking an Administrative Executive to join our Logistics team. This full-time position is based in the Central Region and will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our logistics function.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the Logistics, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases related to logistics operations
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any logistics-related concerns
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the department
  • Preparing & maintaining loan records of goods.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or logistics support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and data management
  • A team player with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
