About the Role:
Anthony Law Corporation is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our legal team, ensuring smooth operations in conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling claims, conducting searches, managing billing, tracking deadlines, and addressing general queries.
  • Assist lawyers with conveyancing-related matters, including the sale and purchase of private properties.
  • Review, proofread, and prepare legal documents related to conveyancing transactions.
  • Draft correspondence (letters, emails) and respond to client and third-party inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain systematic filing and documentation for efficient record-keeping.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in conveyancing, legal administration, or a related field.
  • Background in Law/Legal Services is preferred , but fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
  • Positive work attitude with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented , and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy , with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software (if applicable).
