Salary Range: $2,400 to $2,600 (commensurate based on experience)
Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable or convertible to permanent based on performance and business needs)

Work Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)

This role sits within a team that plays a key role in managing the funding, governance, and process improvement of various ongoing programmes.
They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive (Finance & Operations) to assist with budgeting processes, financial analysis, and operational coordination to support transport-related initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of budgets and mid-term expenditure projections for transport-related programmes.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and key cost drivers, ensuring effective financial planning and governance.
Support the evaluation and review of operator proposals, tenders, and related documentation.
Provide input on funding proposals, offering financial insights and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvements.
Contribute to process enhancement initiatives by streamlining workflows and recommending digital or operational solutions to boost efficiency.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
At least some relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, or accounting functions.
Solid understanding of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) is preferred.
