Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Front Desk Executive to manage administrative operations and provide support to management. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience.
  • Manage daily administrative operations, including correspondence, email communications, and office announcements.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of meetings, conferences, and events, including room bookings, audiovisual setup, and catering arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and communal areas, ensuring neatness and adequate stock levels for stationery, pantry items, and corporate materials.
  • Track and manage mail services, postage, courier deliveries, and complimentary visitor parking records.
  • Provide support to management, including assistance with insurance claims and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Assist with in-house food and beverage services during meetings or special events, coordinating with internal staff as needed.
  • Offer general administrative support to other departments and backup assistance to senior executives when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Independent, proactive, and highly organized, with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
