We offer private banking, customised portfolio management, fund management, family legacy & succession planning solutions to HNW / UHNW / FAMILY OFFICE / INSTITUTIONAL clients and investors.
Job Responsibilities:
VCC
Fund Set-up
Assist in the set-up of sub-funds.
Liaison for external service providers (fund administrator, legal advisors, auditors, Corporate Secretary etc)
Operational Support
Assist in the onboarding of VCC clients; ensure investor records are kept up to date.
Assist in the subscription and redemption process.
Ensure timely transfer of funds between the cash and brokerage accounts.
EAM
Operational Support
Assist RMs in the onboarding process.
Coordinate internal and external processes to ensure a smooth onboarding.
Assist RMs in preparing documents for clients.
Ensure client data is kept up to date.
Assist in organising client meetings, and the preparation of necessary documents.
Assist in the preparation of reports for Management.
Prepare retrocession reports.
Organise data for MAS reporting.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
· Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a business support or executive administrative role
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
· A willingness to learn and grow in the investment management field
