Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Medical Services Division, including meetings, reporting, documentation, and event coordination.
Assist in maintaining operational readiness, including supporting pandemic response and business continuity plans.
Manage nursing email groups, process access requests for staff, and maintain system approvers lists across nursing cost centres.
Assist in formatting, approving, and uploading departmental documents to the e-DCS; ensure timely reviews and updates in compliance with policy.
Track and manage issued equipment and access cards; maintain stock levels and procure necessary supplies for the Nursing Administration department.
Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
