Job Scope:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Administrative Executive to support the team in general administrative operations. This is a great opportunity to work in a hybrid arrangement within a government healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
  • Process and manage various administrative forms, reports, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate and organised records for ease of retrieval
  • Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative or operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent organisational ability with keen attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new IT systems
