Job summary

Borr Drilling is seeking an Administrative Support professional to provide comprehensive support for the Managing Director. Responsibilities include scheduling, organizing meetings, managing travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks across various departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing engagements
  • Coordinate and facilitate both internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth logistics for physical and virtual meetings
  • Arrange and manage travel itineraries and accommodations for business trips
  • Provide administrative support across various departments, such as organizing and submitting claims.
  • Consolidating and formatting reports, and managing follow-ups as required
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Degree or Diploma Business Administration with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and demonstrating strong initiative
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Available on short notice will be advantageous
