About the Role

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Executive cum Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and handle day-to-day administrative functions. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to gain valuable experience with a respected and established organization.

This is a 2-year contract role with the potential for renewal or conversion to a permanent position, offering excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document control

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries

  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and basic enquiries

  • Maintain and update customer records and sales reports

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and finance to ensure smooth order processing

  • Handle general office tasks and support other ad hoc duties as assigned
