Responsibilities

  • Issue invoices, delivery orders (DOs), and purchase orders (POs).
  • Use and maintain proficiency in AutoCount.
  • Manage procurement activities.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and handle complaints.
  • Responsible for stock inventory control and data entry.
  • Handling staff claims.
  • Managing petty cash claims.
  • Coordinating manager’s travel plans.
  • Acquire product knowledge.
  • Travel occasionally to support exhibitions or client events.
  • Coordinate and assist with product demo video production.
  • Liaise with the creative agency for related deliverables.
  • Update and maintain content on the company website.
  • Coordinate design and production of marketing materials.
