Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist sales team on quotation preparation and project tracking
  2. Assist project team on site clearance application and preparation
  3. Liaise with supplier on office supplies and equipment purchase
  4. Keep track of company property and inventory
  5. Arranging travel, accommodation and visas upon request
  6. Prepare, check and process leave and expenses claim
  7. Company and team event support
  8. Upkeeping of conference room, pantry and other common areas
  9. Provide basic administrative support to the department
  10. Other ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum A Level/Diploma in any disciplines
  2. Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
  3. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
  4. Meticulous, organized and good attention to details
  5. Carry out assigned task independently with minimal supervision
  6. Positive working attitude with initiative
  7. Have strong sense of responsibility
  8. Able to speak, write and understand in English
  9. Prior experience in a related field is required
  10. Basic knowledge in Accounting and HR will be added advantage
  11. Able to commit immediately or within short notice
