New Life Community Services is a not-for-profit social service agency that seeks to bring hope and purpose to children, youths and seniors so that they go on to create positive impact in their community and society.

New Life Student Care is catered to primary school-going children. Our mission is to nurture children to be compassionate and confident individuals through our holistic programs, while also providing them with academic and learning support.

The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the centres.

Responsibilities

• Manage new student registration and process withdrawals.

• Handle applications for MSF Student Care Financial Aid and other subsidies.

• Maintain documentation, SOP, and reports to in compliance with MSF guidelines.

• Collect payments and verify payment details with the Finance Team.

• Administer petty cash and process reimbursements.

• Assist in funding applications and insurance claims.

• Source for vendors, procure office supplies, and raise purchase orders for departmental needs.

• Respond to general enquiries via phone and online platforms.

• Assist with event planning and coordinate transportation bookings.

• Conduct centre tours for prospective parents, providing excellent service and building strong rapport.

• Assist in supervising cooks and cleaners to ensure smooth centre operations.

Requirements

· Minimum Polytechnic Diploma

· At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience

· Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong team player who is adaptable to changes

· Willingness to travel between centres located in Bukit Panjang, Teck Whye, and Woodlands.
