Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and highly motivated Admin & Marketing Executive to provide essential administrative and marketing support to our management and team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and assisting in event coordination, client data management, and social media activities. With responsibilities ranging from managing office tasks to supporting major marketing initiatives, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for contributing to the growth of the company. Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to the management and project teams.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls; greet and direct visitors and clients professionally.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and refreshments for guests when required.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems and ensure records are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Retrieve and summarize requested information from records, emails, and meeting minutes.
  • Address and resolve administrative inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel, appointments, and meeting schedules for managers.
  • Prepare agendas and ensure necessary details for meetings are provided.
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure all office equipment is in working order.
  • Ensure all purchases are approved by the Finance and Admin Department.
  • Assist with travel arrangements including insurance, hotel, and flight bookings for staff and visitors (subject to Finance approval).
  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, travel, and correspondence; arrange transportation as needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Perform general office administration and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Marketing Support
  • Assist the Business Development Team with planning and coordination of company events and marketing activities.
  • Support in the marketing domain, including:
    • Major event planning and coordination.
    • Handling all tasks related to events and client engagement.
    • Client data collection and management.
    • Benchmarking the company against competitors.
    • Managing and updating social media platforms.
    • Maintaining accurate and organized client records.
    • Filing and updating client‑related data.
    • Create visually appealing presentations and marketing materials.
    • Contribute fresh ideas and apply new technology/tools to enhance marketing efforts.
Who We Are Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
